Škoda E-Shop Winter Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this giveaway is Škoda New Zealand.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
3. Promotional Period
   The promotion runs from 12 June 2025 to 11:59 PM NZST on 31 July 2025 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must make a single transaction of $100 NZD or more (including GST) on the Škoda e-shop (store.skoda.co.nz) during the Promotional Period.
   Each qualifying transaction automatically provides one entry into the draw.
5. Prize Details
   Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Škoda Motorsport Prize Pack valued at $160.11 NZD (incl. GST). Each prize pack includes:
• Motorsport Baseball Cap – $19.31
• Motorsport Umbrella – $30.57
• Motorsport Beanie – $39.61
• Motorsport Thermo Mug – $28.68
• 2-in-1 Blanket – $41.95
6. Draw and Notification
• The draw will take place within 7 business days of the promotion ending.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided during the transaction process.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Prize Conditions
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• In the event that any item within the prize pack is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
8. General
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to the promoter using their name and city for promotional purposes in the event they win.
9. Privacy
   All personal information collected will be used and stored in accordance with Škoda New Zealand’s Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's consent, except as required by law.
